Publish Results: Graphical Results

You use the Graphical Results tab to create the graphical results files for use in the following programs:

  • Surpac
  • GEMS
  • Minex
  • AutoCAD
  • Datamine
  • MapInfo
  • MicroMine
  • Vulcan

Note: The export of metadata is supported for only Surpac, GEMS, Minex, and Datamine. If you export to AutoCAD, MapInfo, MicroMine, or Vulcan only the geometry is saved in the graphical results files.

You can create four types of graphical results:

Global Fields on the Graphical Results Tab

Field Description
Create button Creates the graphical results using the parameters you defined in the other fields on the tab.
Output file format

The product to which you want to export your results. Options are:

  • Surpac
  • GEMS
  • Minex
  • AutoCAD
  • Datamine
  • MapInfo
  • MicroMine
  • Vulcan

The product selected in this field controls the File type options that appear in the Blocks, Bench plans, End of period surfaces, and Development results sections.

Output folder

The folder in which the graphical results files are saved.

The default folder is your current working directory.

Output date format

The format in which the date is written to the description fields of the string files created. Options are:

  • dd/mm/yyyy
  • dd/Mon/yyyy
  • dd/Month/yyyy
  • dd-Mon-yyyy
  • dd Mon yyyy
  • dd Month yyyy
  • mm/dd/yyyy
  • Mon dd yyyy
  • yyyy/mm/dd
Output tag

The value exported to the TAG field of the GEMS Workspace.

If the workspace does not have a TAG field, the Output tag value is ignored.

Note: This field appears only when the Output file format is GEMS.
